We apply the same creativity and care to our Artemis To Go meals
that we use in our special event catering. Our local farmers
and vendors supply us with seasonal, local and as organic
as possible ingredients. The meats are natural and local;
seafood is wild caught and/or sustainably fished and harvested.
Our dairy is organic, cheeses local and/or organic and
our packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible.

Our menu will change monthly with a fresh posting
the first Wednesday of every month. We also have a mailing
list for those of you who would like the menu mailed
to you at that time.

Each menu item portion is equal to about 4 servings.
Extra food can be used as leftovers or can be frozen
for future home meals.

Please stop by our cafe and pick-up an Artemis To Go dinner out of our self serve case.  Ready for you to take home and reheat in your oven.  Also be sure to check the cafe for daily Artemis To Go specials.

Or for specific Artemis To Go orders, please place orders by Monday noon and we will
have your freshly-made food available for you to pick up
by Wednesday 2:00pm the same week. Artemis To Go pick
up will be available Wednesday and Thursday between
the hours of 2:00pm and 7:00pm.

Orders can be delivered on a limited basis in the inner
Southeast and downtown area, or within about a 3 mile
radius of our inner SE kitchen.
